Service and parts

Metaltech service department offers:

• periodic technical inspection,
• warranty and post-warranty repairs in Poland and abroad.

To make a request, contact the Service Department by telephone, e-mail or in writing. Each request is recorded in a warranty card and each repair is confirmed with a written report.

Practical solutions – Maintenance services in Poland are provided by service teams authorized by the manufacturer. Faulty parts are replaced with new original ones. Specialized mechanics – service employees have the necessary tools to ensure professional and fast repairs at the customer’s location.

Upon the end of the season, we carry out detailed analyses of the types and frequency of failures to improve the quality and durability of our trailers, machines and their components.
