Dump trailers are more and more popular means of transport at farms. In the recent past they were mostly used for transport of root crops and green forage. Currently it is also used for handling of bulk materials.

The inside of the load-carrying body and smooth, minimizing damage to agricultural produce during loading and unloading. Hydraulically-raised rear side enables convenient, efficient and safe unloading of transported produce. These trailers are successfully used for transport of grain and maize. High-tightness makes it possible to carry bulk materials without any additional seals. The rear board is fitted with an additional chute for unloading. The advantage of these trailers comes from strong and compact design which favours work in rough field conditions.

Compared with dropside trailers, they offer better tightness, since the only moving part is the rear board, and, in case of additional options, side tipping.

Additional tipping option

TS range of trailers can be additionally fitted with tipping to the left or right for low warehouses where rear unloading is restricted.

Customization

Upon customer’s request, trailers can be painted in a different colour than available as a standard.

Suspension

Tandem suspension of axles along with large size of tires guarantee better handling of the trailer and more comfortable use

Large sight-glass on the front board facilitates monitoring and control of loading from the tractor perspective.

Rear “grain chute” comes as a standard in every trailer.

Steering axle arrangement, hydraulically operated is controlled with an actuator.

Control of hydraulic fluid pressure regulation with forced axle steering.

TS trailers with spring suspension are fitted with automatic braking force control system. The more the trailer is loaded, the stronger it brakes. The braking system is built with membrane actuators.

As a standard, the trailer is fitted with two-hose braking system connected to the tractor using convenient coil hoses.

Hook system for closing the rear board ensures that the trailer remains tight.

With spring suspension, during unloading the springs are highly overloaded. This can be prevented with the use of hydraulic lock on the spring. With this lock, during unloading the entire load is transferred to the hydraulic actuator.

As a standard, TS trailers are equipped with 2 wheel chocks which, combined with the parking brake, make parking of the trailer fully safe.

TYPES OF SUSPENSION

Tandem or tridem with parabolic springs

This suspension has rigid design, offers low cost and relatively small deflection

Hydraulic suspension

This suspension is characterized by very good comfort assured by the running gear. Operation is stable and safe. The fluid in the actuators controls the entire running gear accordingly. The suspension can be made more or less rigid with pressure adjustment.

Bogie suspension

Strong and very rigid suspension. Intended for work in rough terrain. Due to its design, the wheel suspension system assures better contact with the ground.
