WX mixer feeders are designed to meet the specific needs of larger farms. WXM are tailor-made wagons. In cooperation with the customer and the design department, a perfectly thought-out solution is created, the result of which is a mixer feeder that meets the expectations of the customer. Well thought-out technical solutions acquired thanks to many years of experience have found their place in the design of these wagons. The speed of TMR preparation is ensured not only by the wagon’s design, but also by the excellent components of the gear mechanisms of the renowned Italian manufacturer with whom ZM Metaltech has been cooperating for over 15 years.

Feeding the feed

The direct discharge of feed should meet the expectations of farmers with floor feed tables. WX mixer feeders can also be adapted to other types of buildings: discharge at the front on the right and/or at the rear on the left by means of discharge chutes or a side conveyor

The WX 12 is the lowest, twin-screw mixer feeder with a capacity of 12 m3. Its height is only 2.45 m

You can put two bales of straw or haylage into two-screw mixer feeders at a time.

Scales

With the standard scales, you can optimize your time by carefully preparing the amounts of the various feed ingredients. The mixer feeders can be equipped with programmable scales, which offer a number of extensive options and individual settings for animal feeding.

The cross feeder makes it possible to reduce the external dimensions.

The conveyor belt will deliver the TMR to the higher and more distant feed tables.

Electronic scales is an indispensable element of a mixer feeder. With it, you can continuously control the amount of the loaded feed ingredient. The large computer display of the scales facilitates the control of this process. When the programmed quantity of a feed ingredient has been reached, the scales will signal this with an acoustic signal.

Optional accessories

The machine is equipped with including but not limited to inspection platform, lighting of the unloading point as standard.

It also has numerous equipment options, such as a screw-mounted magnet, conveyors of various lengths, electronic controls, etc. increasing the functionality and ease of use of the machine
