PBN Purpose

It ensures comfortable driving in difficult and marshy terrain where truck transport is impossible. It is mainly used to transport building materials, i.e. rubble, gravel, sand. It can be successfully used to transport loose materials – it can be used all year round. This range is characterized by a reliable structure of the body frame and chassis. Due to the converging design of the load carrying body, the materials slide smoothly and quickly during tipping. The wheel suspension system based on very durable rocker arms and the ability to be operated with large tires make the trailer perfect for very difficult conditions.

PBN R Differences

PBN R has a load carrying body made of Hardox wear-resistant steel, which has very good structural properties and very high plasticity – it returns to its previous shape in case of deformation. Its yield point is 4-5 times greater than that of conventional steel. By using Hardox steel, the service life of the trailers is increased by at least 40 percent. Hardox makes it possible to produce a light tipper, allowing you to carry larger loads while maintaining high strength. The conical shape of the load carrying body ensures extremely smooth and quick unloading.

The chassis frame of construction trailers is built with closed sections, increasing the durability and service life of the trailers. The running gear consists of solid rocker arm assemblies capable of travelling trough very large unevenness through independent work between the sides.

Trailers can be alternatively equipped with a suspension using parabolic springs designed for more paved roads, as well as a hydraulic suspension which provides maximum comfort of driving and when travelling across uneven ground.
